It is a pity that 2500 police personnel under an ADGP is being used for security in the town and arround. Festoons, flags, banners were found. Pomp and decorus arrangements were made. WHAT PREVENTED THE C.M. TO OBSERVE STRICT ECONOMYas promised AND SEE THAT THE MONEY WITH OUT UNNECESSARILY SPENDING GOES TO THE DOWN DRODDEN. When Kamaraj was the C.M. there was onely one Head constable to accompany him in the car, and that there is no such larege scale bandobust. He never liked that heavy bandobust.Only in the function place and enroute very meger police personnels were available for his tour. To avoid all these things, In this computor world, they can avoid their presence and do it pleasantly observing strict economy. dhana
