NEDUMBASSERY: Vishwa Hindu Parishad international secretary-general Praveen Togadia has appealed to the Hindu community to join Hindu Helpline (HHL) as volunteers and serviceproviders in the fields of car-rental, hotel, dharmasala, restaurant, car garages, legal, health and astrology.

Togadia was addressing media at the Cochin International Airport here on Friday. The HHL, a unique international organisation under VHP to assist Hindus who are in need of various support and protection, was officially launched on April 4. Togadia said the HHL volunteers can help Hindus while travelling, in business or at workplace or during emergencies like natural calamities, accidents and help those who have become victims of Love Jihad. In case of distress or in need of help, one has to call 02066803300 or 07588682181.

The call centre would immediately pass on the message to the volunteer available at the nearest location.

The volunteers would even help Hindus while shopping, pilgrimage, and celebrations without being cheated.

why should media give importance to such narrow mindsets?..atleast media could refrain from publishing the phone no:s of groups like these if they cant avoid publishing the news..
