I believe in the theory of Aham Brahmaasmi. However, there is a supernatural force which drives all of us in life. We take solace in God for all the good and bad deeds that we do. This is because we do not have the courage to accept our deeds.

Religious practices and spiritual experiences

Praying in silence -- be it in a temple or any place of worship -- and enjoying all the festivals are the most interesting parts of my life. I do this to connect with myself, to the Almighty, and also my dear and near ones.

Belief in miracles

I am performing with Grammy Awardee Pt Vishwamohan Bhatt on December 31, 2011 in Chennai! A Grammy winner teaming up with a young, fledgling artiste like me is enough reason for me to believe in miracles. I have no doubts about miracles!

Favourite pilgrimage spots

Some of my favourite pilgrimmage spots include my pooja room at home, Tirupati and Thiruvannamalai. The energy I get through my dedicated prayers in these places is immense.

Meditation

According to me, meditation is discovering one's self-awareness. It rejuvenates our inner energy, concentration, self-belief and above all, paves the way to make one a humble human. Music is also a form of meditation to me at a personal level.
